The Obama’s love their dog Bo, who joined their family shortly after they moved into the White House. Their Christmas decor for 2012 includes not just one but SIX hand-made decorative replicas of Bo! Incorporating Bo into their Christmas decor shows the Obama’s love their their furry family member, and their sense of whimsy and humor. This version of Bo, shown above, is crafted from plastic pom-poms!

A dining room (0ne of several) at the White House, decorated for Christmas 2012. It looks so… well, relatively normal. You could almost picture any family sitting down to Christmas dinner here… (well, any middle-upper class family…). Its kind of intimate in its own way. And very traditional. Can’t you just see the Obama’s sitting here for Christmas dinner? And the President sneaking turkey scraps to Bo (their dog) under the table…?

]]>WOW! Just how many Christmas trees are there in this one house!? I’ve never seen anything like this. The decorations in this house are amazing. Really, really beautiful. Although the amount of decorations might be a bit much for some people – especially if you are the “less is more type” – but regardless of your own preferences, this really is something to look at. The video is really short so take a peek – you’ll see a LOT in very little time!
I’m just wondering where they put all those Christmas decorations when the holiday season is over… I’m guessing there’s a rented storage unit in this family’s budget – either that or their basement is really, REALLY jammed up with seasonal items for much of the year! Enjoy!
